How to Become a Muslim?

To become a Muslim one must declare their faith with the following words:

I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, the One alone, without partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger.

اَشْهَدُ اَنْ لَّآ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَہٗ لَاشَرِيْكَ لَہٗ وَاَشْهَدُ اَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهٗ وَرَسُولُہٗ 

Transliteration: ashhadu alla ilaha illa Allah wa-ash-hadu anna Muhammadan abduhoo wa rasooluhu
